Banana Cheese Fritters

banana cheese fritters are the most popular dish nowadays in Kuching...
I myself, keep trying to find the best place that can serves me the best taste..

So far, Ket's Kitchen in Matang gave me the scrumptious and not too sweet taste for a late night snacking. But the portion of the banana was too small..and the cut was small.. But it doesnt makes you feel bloated or nauseated.

and last night, we found another place which is where the above picture have taken place. Its from Pak Somet near Sarawak Plaza. the service was quite bad though..waited almost an hour for 2 set of banana cheese.. But thankfully the wait was worthwhile...the taste was nice, sweet with the melted cheese on top..and the banana size was quite satisfying.. But this one is more soft and a bit runny, so after a while, it makes you feel a bit nauseated when eaten too much.

Oh well, we've decided to try and make it on our own later..

Will post the recipe up once we found the perfect taste!

Yakult Lemon Drink

-naraj2014-
I just love yakult and also lemon...

So today I'm gonna share this drink that I made up myself..

Yakult is good for the good bacteria in it, thus makes it healthy for your tummy health..hehehe

and lemon and lime, its been known to help you with detoxifying your body..

as for ginger, for me i like the zest in it, but it also brings other benefit such as helps to battling cold and flu..it is also known to help reduce the nausea..and the best part, helps to reduce that sinuses you've been having for a while..

add everything up, then fill up the rest with a cold water (i prefer it cold..more yummier)
then, tada! you got yourself a refreshing drink that have lots of benefits in just a minute..or maybe less.. xD

Happy trying!
